Owens & Minor is seeking an executive seller to drive strategic growth across assigned health systems and IDNs. You will shape opportunities, lead cross-functional teams, and expand Owens & Minor across distribution, proprietary products, services, and technology.

The role requires a strategic hunter mindset, the ability to mobilize resources across Sales, Products, Clinical, Operations, Finance, Contracting, Technology, and Leadership, and a proven enterprise sales track record.

Qualifications

• Strategic leadership experience in healthcare or enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to develop multi-year IDN growth strategies.
• Strong executive-level negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Owns growth strategy for assigned health systems and IDNs across geography.
• Develops multi-year account plans identifying priorities and growth opportunities.
• Establishes priorities, pursuit plans, and measurable growth objectives for each IDN.
• Leads executive meetings, business reviews, and complex negotiations.
