Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Sr. Account Manager to join our team in Michigan.

You will be the face of the organization for key client accounts, owning operational execution, plan design considerations, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver best-in-class service. You will lead complex projects, advise clients on opportunities for improvement, and partner with stakeholders to ensure accurate needs assessment and timely action on open items.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2+ years of account management experience.
• 5+ years in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.
• Adhere to and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Develops trusted advisor relationships with existing customers and stakeholders.
• Supports complex, high-profile books of business.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to deliver excellent service and solutions.
• Participates in client meetings to advise and drive resolution of items.
• Drives internal resolution of action items and client requirements.
• Facilitates benefit changes for clients and guides implementation.
• Supports client renewal activities and regular account maintenance.
• May travel or attend meetings outside normal hours.
