You will act as the face of Navitus to clients, guiding plan design considerations and implementing client strategies while coordinating with internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.

The role emphasizes renewal support, stakeholder collaboration, and clear communication to advance client objectives and improve overall program

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality management, or related area, or equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years of account management experience with increasing levels of responsibility.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer service role.
• Knowledge of pharmacy benefits management, insurance, or health care industry.
• Compliance program participation and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Support complex, high-profile books of business.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver best-in-class service.
• Lead client meetings and provide status updates on action items.
• Drive internal resolution for client issues and benefit changes.
• Analyze client requirements for accuracy and feasibility.
• Assist with client renewals and regular account maintenance.
