Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks a Project Manager, Implementation HP Strategic Clients to join our team. The IPM will interface with health plans and strategic employer clients to manage transitions to Navitus, implement new services, and build trust through clear, proactive communication.

Responsibilities include readiness assessments, kickoff facilitation, requirements discovery, detailed project plans, progress reporting, issue resolution, and go-live support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of project management experience with external clients.
• Strong client-facing communication and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for and participate in Readiness Assessment and potential sales initiatives
• Be the primary face to the Client, involving significant travel
• Prepare for and facilitate a new client Kick-off Meeting for requirements gathering and discovery
• Assist the Client with facilitating impact analysis to determine requirements for a smooth implementation
• Ensure all requirements are documented in standard project templates and obtain client approval before builds
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for monitoring
• Provide weekly status reporting to internal management and the Client
• Assist with escalated client issues and go-live support as needed
• Facilitate Post Implementation Review meetings with the Client
• Support other client-related projects and internal department projects
• Able to travel as needed to meet client requirements
