True Rx Health Strategists is seeking an Account Manager to lead client engagements, resolve inquiries, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver value. The role blends strategic planning, exceptional communication, and hands-on problem solving with our clients.

You will participate in reviews and enrollments, manage data with our proprietary software, and travel as needed to support client-facing activities. Hybrid/remote work available.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum requirements: Prior experience as an account manager.
• Education: A college degree is preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge: Client-focused, problem-solving attitude; ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Tech: Proficient in all Microsoft Office products; CRM experience preferred.
• Other: Travel as needed to support client-facing activities and outreach.

Aufgaben

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients via telephone and email and resolve questions and issues.
• Participate in client reviews, open enrollments, and benefit meetings.
• Be the go-to expert on our software for claims adjudication and ensure a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with clients on plan parameters using Benefit Plan Design and transition processes.
• Finalize agreements and build lasting client relationships; recruit new clients as needed.
• Work with data vendors and third parties during onboarding of new clients; support implementation.
