Qualifications

• 2–5 years Group Health employee benefit experience
• Renewal process experience
• 2–5 years Client Management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal business partners
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners
• Demonstrate follow-through on outstanding items to resolution
• Demonstrate accuracy in information shared internally and externally
• PHI and HIPAA policy adherence
• Health/Life Major Lines Producer License (or obtain within 90 days)

Responsibilities

• Own broker relationships and ensure an exceptional client experience
• Prepare and issue renewal proposals
• Confirm sold proposals and plan changes
• Ensure clients stay compliant with requirements
• Manage Salesforce records and data
• Coordinate virtual open enrollment meetings
• Attend implementation calls
• Handle stop-loss and ad-hoc reporting
• Identify and execute upsell opportunities
• Travel may be required for in-person meetings
