Job summary

Vercel is looking for a Program Manager to join our GTM Acceleration team in San Francisco. You will own the program management behind our highest-priority GTM initiatives and build operating systems that translate major product releases into actionable steps across the field.

You’ll lead complex initiatives like global enablement offsites, Sales Kickoff, and Field Readiness Bootcamps, connecting Engineering, Product, and Design releases to GTM.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in program management, strategy consulting, business operations, or a cross-functional execution role.
• Track record of driving high-visibility programs with many contributors and fixed deadlines.
• Exceptional operator who builds clear plans, identifies critical paths, and follows through.
• Clear communicator who can influence senior partners without formal authority.
• Understanding of enterprise B2B sales and GTM to anticipate customer-facing needs.
• Interest in automating coordination using AI and lightweight tooling.
• Thrives in fast-changing environments with evolving priorities.

Responsibilities

• Program-manage Vercel’s highest-priority GTM initiatives—from planning through follow-up.
• Own the GTM enablement roadmap and calendar: intake, prioritization, sequencing, dependencies, readiness, conflicts, and regional coordination.
• Build and run the EPD-to-GTM release process for Tier 1 and Tier 2 launches with clear ownership and milestones.
• Enforce product-update communication standards across Slack and enablement channels with templates and routing.
• Provide leadership with concise views of status, risks, and decisions without chasing updates.
