Job summary

Vercel is seeking a Sr Manager, Partner Programs to build and scale the programs, infrastructure, and operating model that turn our partner strategy into repeatable, high-leverage execution across SIs, GSIs, ISV co-sell, and product partners.

This hybrid role requires 3 days per week in SF, Austin, or NYC. You will own the Partner Journey Framework, enablement and certification, governance, and repeatable GTM plays, translating leadership priorities into concrete roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in partnerships, partner programs, ecosystem enablement, or GTM roles.
• Proven experience building and scaling partner programs in a B2B SaaS company.
• Strong understanding of the developer, modern web, and AI agent ecosystem.
• Experience with PRM systems, marketplaces, or partner ecosystem tooling.
• Ability to translate ambiguous strategy into concrete, scalable programs and measurable execution.
• Strong cross-functional leadership across Partnerships, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success.
• Data-driven approach to evaluating program performance and partner feedback.
• Clear, confident communicator able to build tools, content, and playbooks.

Responsibilities

• Own the Partner Journey Framework: design and improve the shared journey for all partner types from Acquisition to Activation.
• Lead Partner Enablement & Certification: roadmap for onboarding, training, certification, and badging programs.
• Establish Governance & Standards: define tiering, KPIs, and engagement rules across partner types.
• Design Repeatable GTM Plays: build co-sell and joint go-to-market motions that scale.
• Run Partner Communications & Community: manage communications, meetups, summits, and advisory boards.
• Use Data to Evolve Programs: evaluate performance and feedback to decide on expansion or simplification.
• Act as the Execution Arm of Partner Strategy: translate leadership priorities into programs and roadmaps.
