Job summary

Coram AI is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive demand generation for a fast-growing AI-powered platform. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, optimize performance, analyze funnel data, and partner with cross-functional teams to turn insights into scalable results.

The role emphasizes hands-on campaign management, experimentation, and using AI to automate repetitive tasks, with onsite work five days a week in a dynamic, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation in B2B SaaS or fast-growing startups.
• Experience with Google Ads and familiarity with Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid channels.
• Strong analytical skills connecting campaign performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Experience with GA4, GTM, conversion tracking, attribution, and CRM reporting.
• Practical experience using LLMs and AI tools for creative development, copywriting, research, analysis, and optimization.
• Strong copywriting and creative judgment; capable of resonating with audiences.
• Experience running structured tests across messaging, creative, audiences, landing pages, and strategies.
• Strong project management; able to juggle multiple priorities and cross-functional work.
• Experience managing freelancers, agencies, or external partners.
• Bias towards action; fast, ownership-driven, iterative.
• Curious, data-driven, and proactive in automating and scaling workflows.
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels.
• Own campaign execution across keywords, audiences, bidding, budgets, copy, creative, landing pages, and tracking.
• Connect performance across the funnel from search to revenue.
• Analyze data to identify gaps and turn insights into actions that improve efficiency.
• Write ad copy, develop creative briefs, and collaborate with designers, writers, and developers.
• Run structured experiments across messaging, audiences, creative, landing pages, and offers.
• Manage projects from brief to launch, with timelines and quality checks.
• Build AI-powered workflows to automate repetitive tasks and speed iteration.
• Use AI for research, data analysis, reporting, copy, and optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing operations to improve tracking and data quality.
• Stay focused on pipeline, revenue, and business outcomes.
