The Global Product Solutions Strategy and Operations team partners closely with GPS leadership and GTM teams to drive strategic initiatives end-to-end for GBO, shaping product direction and driving execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 6 years in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, or corporate advisory.
• 5 years working with executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Partner with VP GPS to drive annual planning and OKR target setting for the XPS organization.
• Lead headcount and OpEx management for the XPS organization and coordinate team offsites and town halls.
• Partner with VP GPS and People Operations to cultivate team culture for the XPS organization.
• Lead development of key metrics (OKRs) to track progress on GBO, GTM, and XPS priorities.
• Identify opportunities to streamline go-to-market operations based on regional trends and market feedback.
