Job summary

Brightwheel is seeking a senior leadership role to own the operations tech stack and the teams running it. You will lead architecture and admin teams, redesigning our GTM stack for efficiency in an AI-first world.

You will personally own high-priority workstreams, drive company-wide capabilities, and mentor managers across functions to improve business outcomes. You will collaborate with data and engineering, shape strategy with data, and influence across teams in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Leads multi-function technical or operational org with managers across domains.
• Owns outcomes, driving growth, efficiency and impact beyond dashboards.
• Collaborates with data/engineering to troubleshoot issues directly.
• Experience in a mid-size, high-growth company building from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Own the tech stack and teams that run operations at Brightwheel.
• Lead architecture and admin teams; redesign GTM stack for AI-first efficiency.
• Own high-priority workstreams and initiatives personally.
• Deliver company-wide capabilities that improve business outcomes and cadence.
• Manage a team of managers and ICs across functions; step in when needed.
• Drive AI-native transformation across all owned functions, with hands-on build when needed.
