Job summary

Altra is seeking a Manager of GTM Pricing, Costing & Margin to drive end-to-end margin management across the Go-To-Market process. You will partner with Product Development, Operations, Sourcing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to integrate pricing, costing, and profitability into decisions from concept to commercialization.

You will own the pricing frameworks, identify risks and opportunities, and lead actions to support revenue growth and gross margin expansion within Global Brand Finance.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the end-to-end margin management process across the GTM calendar from concept through commercialization.
• Establish and monitor margin targets by category and product classification in line with brand and financial objectives.
• Embed financial governance and profitability reviews into GTM milestones and decision-making forums.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product Development, and Operations to evaluate product and assortment decisions against financial targets.
• Identify margin risks and opportunities and drive actions to improve profitability.
• Present margin performance, risks, opportunities, and recommendations to Brand and Finance leadership.
