Job summary

Altra is seeking a Manager, FP&A to join our global financial planning and analysis team. You will lead the financial planning process, model new growth vectors, and collaborate with Commercial Leaders and Brand Finance to monitor progress toward growth initiatives.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimize margins, analyze KPIs, and provide actionable insights for senior management. This role drives strategic planning and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field; 5+ years of related professional experience.
• Master’s degree or CPA preferred.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience in a Fortune 500 company.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the 5-year rolling financial plan (LRP) with Commercial leaders.
• Analyze short- and long-term business trends using KPIs across channels.
• Monitor regional costs and marketing spend to influence margins.
• Coordinate regional financials and consolidate for leadership review.
• Mentor and manage a team of finance professionals; support growth.
