Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Strategic Planning Lead to drive GTM execution across two high-impact WWPS initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of global strategy and field-level sales execution, split between Strategic Account Operations and Growth Systems GTM Operations.

You will guide cadence with Geo leadership, prepare executive reporting, monitor KPIs, and enable cross-functional collaboration to scale the strategic operating model across WWPS.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Experience defining and refining sales processes.
• Strong Excel or data analysis skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority.

• Serve as operational contact for WWPS Geo leadership and cross-functional partners.
• Collaborate with Geo GTM and industry leaders to develop localized GTM plans.
• Provide inputs for MBRS, 2x2s, and initiative reviews led by Geo Execution.
• Identify trends from KPIs and pipeline data to inform leadership decisions.
• Quantify opportunity landscape by industry use case and data, inform GTM strategy.
• Facilitate regular cadences with Geo teams and WWPS counterparts for strategy updates.
• Oversee deployment of operating model components within WWPS for integration with sales motions.
• Support development of tooling including data pipelines, dashboards, and SFDC features.
• Manage stakeholder engagement across WWPS verticals and enabling teams.
• Drive cross-functional coordination and issue resolution across teams.
• Seek opportunities to streamline processes and scale initiative execution.
