AWS is seeking a Strategic Planning Lead to drive Go-to-Market execution across WWPS initiatives, based in Austin, TX. You will bridge worldwide strategy with field sales, coordinating with Geo leadership and growth programs to align priorities and metrics.

You will lead two workstreams: Strategic Account Operations and Growth Systems GTM Operations, building dashboards, reporting, and scalable processes to improve win rates and pipeline health across public sector accounts.

Qualifikationen

• Experience driving strategic planning and GTM execution across multiple initiatives.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and work across sales, enablement, and leadership.
• Proven experience developing dashboards, KPIs, and business reviews.

Aufgaben

• Serve as operational backbone for WWPS enterprise strategic accounts and growth systems workstreams.
• Coordinate with Geo leadership, account teams, and partners to align strategy with execution.
• Prepare executive reports, monitor KPIs, and support NbR materials and reviews.
• Identify risks, quantify opportunities by industry, and inform GTM strategy.
• Develop and maintain tooling, data pipelines, and dashboards for visibility.
