Job summary

Okta is seeking an experienced compensation leader to design and optimize incentive programs for our Go-To-Market organization. You will translate business objectives into scalable plans and collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, and People Ops to drive ROI across the organization.

You will build analytics, dashboards, and cost models, mentor teams, and communicate strategies to executives, enabling data-informed decisions in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in sales compensation design or analytics at public SaaS/tech companies.
• Experience scaling teams and processes across Go-To-Market functions.
• Leadership across multiple levels from individual contributors to managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation analytics and reports aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee incentive compensation reporting, governance, and timely payments.
• Serve as data and business process SME for ICM, ERP/CRM systems, and BI.
• Document data/process flows; drive end-to-end automation improvements.
• Develop cost models and insights for Incentive Plans and Sales Performance.
• Collaborate with GTM Ops, Commission Ops, Finance, and Sales.
