Job summary

Okta in Chicago, IL is seeking a senior leader to shape and optimize incentive programs for our Go-To-Market teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment. You will design scalable compensation architectures and drive measurable ROI across Sales and Customer First organizations.

You will translate business objectives into executable plans, lead cross-functional initiatives, and deliver data-driven insights while partnering with Finance, Legal, and Ops to ensure accuracy and scalability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales compensation design, strategy, or analytics within public SaaS, software, or technology companies.
• Deep expertise in sales compensation architecture and design mechanisms.
• Executive-level communication skills to translate compensation strategies for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation analytics and reports aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee administration of incentive compensation reporting and analytics.
• Serve as data and business process SME for Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) systems and related tools.
• Develop data and business process flows and support end-to-end automation.
• Develop cost models and insights into Incentive Plan design and Sales Performance.
• Build collaborative relationships with GTM Ops, Finance, and Sales.
