Job summary

Okta is seeking a senior leader to drive incentive design and analytics for its Go-To-Market teams. You will operationalize incentive plans, build scalable processes, and partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to optimize compensation architectures.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional collaboration, and executive-level communication. You will lead design and optimization across GTM functions, ensuring plans align with strategic goals and drive performance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in sales compensation design, strategy, or analytics within public SaaS, software, or technology companies.
• Proven leadership capability to build and manage diverse teams across multiple levels.
• Deep expertise in sales compensation architecture and plan mechanics.
• Advanced proficiency with incentive compensation platforms (Salesforce, Anaplan, Xactly).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement compensation analytics and reports aligned with strategic goals.
• Oversee administration of incentive compensation reporting and analytics for timely payments.
• Serve as data & business process SME for ICM systems and related reporting.
• Develop data and business process flows and drive end-to-end automation.
• Develop cost models and insights into incentive plan design and sales performance.
• Build strong relationships with GTM Operations, Commission Operations, Finance, and Sales.
