Job summary

ControlUp, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support GTM leadership across regions, manage employee relations, performance, and recruitment, and align HR strategy with business goals.

You will own HR policies globally, advise on complex matters, and oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding while collaborating with a distributed HR team. Fort Lauderdale office presence is required three days weekly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HRBP in a high-tech/global org.
• Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success functions.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, processes, and compliance.
• US employment law familiarity and cross-jurisdiction awareness.
• End-to-end recruitment experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Comfort across time zones and cultures in a global company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to GTM leadership across regions.
• Coach and guide managers on employee relations, performance, and organizational challenges.
• Own HR policies across a global, multi-entity organization with local context.
• Drive end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles and negotiations.
• Manage full employee lifecycle: recruiting, onboarding, development, engagement, mobility, offboarding.
• Maintain energy and presence in Fort Lauderdale office 3 days a week, connected to global HR.
