Job summary

Motive in the United States is seeking a Manager, FP&A — GTM and a Sr. Manager, FP&A - GTM to serve as strategic finance partners to Go-to-Market leadership and help shape how the business plans, measures performance, and allocates resources.

These roles own GTM planning and reporting, translate performance into insights, lead cross‑functional decision support across growth, efficiency, capacity, and investment priorities, and develop a hands‑on finance culture with coaching and scalable

Qualifications

• 6+ years of FP&A or related experience, with leadership exposure.
• Strong financial modeling and executive reporting capabilities.
• Experience forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and influence decisions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and developing finance talent.
• Experience with SaaS, GTM metrics, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead GTM forecasting, annual planning, and long‑range scenarios.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Enablement to support decisions.
• Prepare executive materials for leadership reviews and board discussions.
• Develop scalable FP&A processes, dashboards, and data quality controls.
• Coach and develop the FP&A team and manage cross‑functional projects.
• Provide integrated views of growth, productivity, and investment Trade‑offs.
