Job summary

Morning Consult, LLC is seeking a Senior Manager in FP&A to serve as a key finance partner to the Go-to-Market organization. You will own GTM dashboards, provide decision support to leadership, and translate financial data into actionable insights that guide day-to-day planning and strategic decisions.

This role sits in the FP&A function within Finance, partnering with CFO, Commercial, and Operations leadership to build forecasts, models, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Background in a go-to-market-facing finance function or equivalent in fast-paced environments.
• Comfort providing decision support and financial advisory directly to GTM/Commercial leadership.
• Working knowledge of gross and net revenue retention and other core SaaS metrics.
• Proactive with status updates and able to surface blockers without prompting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; translate data into clear narratives.

Responsibilities

• Own the accuracy, automation, and presentation of GTM-facing dashboards and reporting.
• Provide direct decision support to GTM leadership with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Commercial teams to ensure consistent metrics and reporting logic.
• Improve speed, accuracy, and automation of existing reporting processes; leverage AI tools to accelerate work.
