Job summary

Motive seeks an FP&A leader in the United States to own monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting, partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to guide resource allocation and strategic decisions.

The role involves managing and developing FP&A team members, building scalable financial models, and ensuring data quality to enable data-driven business decisions across a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in FP&A or related analytics with strong modeling.

Job description

• Lead GTM planning and performance management, owning monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes.
• Partner with senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive resource allocation and strategic decisions.
• Manage and develop FP&A team members, improving financial models and data quality.

What We're Looking For:

• 6+ years (Manager) or 10+ years (Sr. Manager) in FP&A or related analytical field with strong financial modeling skills.
• Demonstrated ability to connect financial results to operational drivers and translate analysis into clear decisions.
• High ownership, sound judgment, and experience leading cross-functional workstreams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in high-growth SaaS or technology business with familiarity with GTM metrics.
• Experience with systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Pigment, Snowflake, Tableau, or SQL-based analytics.
• Experience building scalable reporting and automated planning workflows.
