Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited seeks a Solution Director in Troy, MI to lead go-to-market with Siemens and drive major deals across automotive, manufacturing, and life-science sectors. You will shape pipelines, craft industry-specific value propositions, and coordinate with Siemens for co-sell and co-innovation efforts.

In this role, you will build strategic partnerships, represent TCS in executive discussions, and push for market visibility through events and demos at TCS centers.

Qualifications

• Must have end-to-end GTM strategy and execution with Siemens, including pipeline creation, deal shaping, and revenue realization.
• Drive joint account pursuits and expand footprint in strategic clients across Automotive, Industrial Manufacturing, Pharma, MedTech, CPG, and Energy.
• Lead the areas of AI & digital Technologies covering entire engineering function - PLM, CAD/CAE, ALM, MBSE, low code, industrial analytics, AI.
• Build differentiated, industry-specific value propositions aligned to Siemens Digital Thread Technologies.
• Interface with Siemens stakeholders to drive co-sell, co-innovation, and joint investments.
• Work with CoEs to establish scalable solution playbooks, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Represent the organization in executive forums, client engagements, and industry events to build thought leadership.
• Drive market awareness for our solution through strategic support of marketing events, fostering analyst relations, and delivering impactful solution demos at TCS Briefing Centers and Labs.

Responsibilities
