• Track record of driving large scale, non-standard changes (policy, behavior, operating model shifts).
• Ability to synthesize ambiguity into a clear perspective and pivot quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic GTM Activation: design and own end-to-end delivery of complex GTM transformations.
• Drive behavioral and policy transformation across organizational layers.
• Act as internal strategy consultant to identify challenges and craft holistic solutions.
• Architect Change and Delivery Playbooks merging program management with change methodologies.
• Influence cross-functionally with sales leaders and enablement partners.
• Define and track adoption-focused metrics for long-term GTM performance.
