You will translate objectives into actionable activation plans, drive large-scale behavioral and policy changes, and partner across sales, strategy, and enablement to ensure launch readiness.

You will solve strategic challenges, design holistic solutions, and deliver playbooks that align stakeholders for rapid, measurable value realization.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of corporate transformation, strategy or change management.
• GTM strategy experience with sales or revenue ops.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM activation: end-to-end delivery of complex transformations.
• Drive behavioral and policy changes across sales and orgs.
• Act as an internal strategy consultant with a clear POV.
• Architect change and delivery playbooks for launch readiness.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders and build alignment.
• Define and track adoption and GTM performance metrics.
