Qualifications

• 9+ years of professional experience in corporate transformation, strategy and delivery, or complex organizational change management.
• GTM & Sales Strategy acumen: experience with Go-To-Market functions and revenue operations.
• Transformation expertise with large-scale, non-standard changes (policy, behaviors, operating models).
• Strategic problem solving: ability to handle ambiguity and synthesize inputs into a clear perspective.
• Executive communication: ability to influence senior leadership and present complex strategies clearly.
• Degree or equivalent experience will be evaluated based on role competencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Strategic GTM Activation: design and own end-to-end delivery of complex GTM transformations and activation strategies.
• Drive Behavioral & Policy Transformation: lead large-scale shifts in sales processes and policy execution.
• Problem Solve with Agility: act as internal strategy consultant to develop holistic solutions.
• Architect Change & Delivery Playbooks: create strategic plans blending program management with change management.
• Influence & Partner Cross-Functionally: build relationships with sales leaders and enablement teams to drive alignment.
• Measure Business Value: define and track adoption and GTM performance metrics.
