Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join our Growth team. This role supports recruitment and expansion, serving as the first contact for prospective agents and driving engagement through outreach, scheduling meetings, and CRM management.

You will work with Strategic Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to execute our expansion strategy, build a strong talent pipeline, and ensure a smooth, scalable recruitment process across markets in the United States.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a sales, recruiting, or business development role.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Live in Texas or within CST

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets.
