Job summary

SERHANT. is seeking a Strategic Growth Partner to join its Growth team in Minnesota. You will be the first contact for prospective agents, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and handle administrative tasks to keep the recruitment process moving smoothly.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with Growth Managers and the VP of Growth to expand our real estate professional network, generate opportunities, and manage follow-ups in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, recruiting, or business development.
• Strong ability to build relationships and communicate with professionals at all levels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter with a results-driven mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial calls with potential real estate agents to assess interest and qualifications.
• Proactively generate growth opportunities through inbound and outbound lead generation.
• Cold-call, text, and email prospective candidates in assigned markets to develop a robust talent pipeline.
• Articulate SERHANT.’s value proposition and effectively handle objections to create qualified recruitment opportunities.
• Schedule recruitment pitches for Strategic Growth Managers in current markets.
• Coordinate meetings for the VP of Growth in expansion markets.
• Manage follow-ups and touchpoints with candidates to keep them engaged in the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update records of all recruitment activities in our CRM.
• Support the department in ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
