Job summary

Gallagher is seeking professionals to drive new business revenue and nurture client relationships from our Boston area offices. This role emphasizes independent work with strong communication and interpersonal skills, requiring a Bachelor's degree (or GSIP) and insurance licensing.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to service existing clients and win new ones, contributing to a culture that values trust and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1 year related experience and appropriate insurance licensing is required.
• Or Bachelor's degree with GSIP participation and appropriate insurance licensing.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies.
• Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
• Participate in team sales situations with other producers and support personnel; manage client relationships with support from day-to-day account management.
