Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, 1 year related experience, and appropriate insurance licensing required OR Bachelor's degree, participation in Gallagher's Sales Internship Program (GSIP), and appropriate insurance licensing required OR High School Diploma/GED and 6 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a book of business within a defined vertical.
• Establish and maintain a robust new business pipeline that meets activity goals.
• Conduct client discovery with confidence with CEOs, CFOs, CHROs and other stakeholders.
• Consult clients independently and identify cross-sell opportunities with SMEs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive client retention and growth.
