Job summary

Gallagher is seeking professionals to develop and acquire new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, with emphasis on small to mid-size companies with high revenue. The role includes providing client service, supporting team sales, and helping develop staff in new client sales and service requirements.

Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree with insurance licensing or participation in Sales Internship Program (GSIP) and insurance licensing preferred.
Alternative: High School Diploma/GED with 6 years of experience in sales or related field.

Responsibilities

Develops and acquires new business revenue through sales to new and existing clients, focusing on small to mid-size companies with high revenue.
Provides service to clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients and participating in team sales situations.
Assist, educate and develop other staff in new client sales and existing client service requirements.
Maintain and expand interdivision/intercompany relationships in line with corporate culture.
