Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required in a related field
• 3+ years of healthcare business development or related experience
• Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employed and independent physicians, APPs, and staff
• Execute strategic outreach plans to increase referrals, utilization, and market share
• Analyze referral trends, market intelligence, and performance data to identify growth opportunities
• Partner with hospital, medical group, and operational leaders to address access barriers and improve provider experience
• Serve as the voice of referring providers by identifying challenges and facilitating solutions
• Develop and implement market-specific growth plans aligned with Trinity Health priorities
• Track and communicate performance metrics and growth initiatives to leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance strategic business development initiatives
