Job summary

Ardent Health seeks a Physician Provider Relations and Outreach Growth Strategist to drive growth across UT Health Tyler service lines. You will analyze market data, build strategic plans, and educate hospitals and providers to expand referrals and strengthen the network.

Travel to facilities will be frequent to collaborate with leaders, translate market intelligence into growth actions, and align efforts with Ardent's strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional years may substitute for education.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales or related experience.
• 2+ years hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a market-facing extension of leadership, driving market share growth.
• Develop relationships with physicians, practice leaders and referral sources.
• Identify development opportunities and create growth strategies for service lines.
• Maintain market knowledge and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Use CRM to manage target accounts, pipelines, and follow-up activity.
• Travel with occasional overnight trips as required.
