Job summary

Ardent Health seeks a Physician Provider Relations and Outreach Growth Strategist to lead physician outreach and grow referrals across multiple surgical service lines. You will analyze service line data, market trends, and provider patterns to craft strategic business development plans.

Regular travel to hospitals and clinics will be required to educate and build relationships with community providers. The role requires strong business acumen, executive presence, and proven success in healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of demonstrated sales experience or relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of hospital or healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a market-facing extension of hospital and medical group leadership to drive market share growth and service line performance.
• Build and advance strategic relationships with physicians, advanced practice providers, practice leaders, and referral sources.
• Prospect for new development opportunities and develop targeted strategies to convert business from competitors.
• Develop and execute data-driven territory, account, and service line growth plans aligned with strategic priorities.
• Maintain knowledge of market referrals, competitor activity, barriers, and service line trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Translate market intelligence into actionable recommendations for hospital executives and leaders.
• Use CRM tools to manage target accounts, pipelines, and follow-up activity.
• Deliver differentiated service line messaging connecting needs with capabilities and services.
