First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships with prospects and key decision-makers, and developing strategic plans to penetrate new markets.

You will collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to align offerings with client needs, negotiate contracts, and grow revenue while visiting disaster sites as needed. Travel typically 20-50%.

• 3+ years in solution-based sales or internal sales support.
• Proven track record in generating and growing new business.
• Strategic sales planning and pipeline management expertise.
• Consistently exceeds revenue goals.
• Builds strong relationships with senior clients and key decision makers.
