First Onsite Property Restoration is seeking a Business Development Manager who blends strategic planning with relationship building to drive growth nationwide. You will identify new prospects, develop plans, and negotiate contracts while collaborating with operations, marketing, and leadership.

Expect 20-50% travel to disaster sites and partnerships with National and Regional Sales teams, with Salesforce as the primary tool.

Qualifikationen

3+ years in solution-based sales or internal sales support.
Proven track record in generating and growing new business.
Strategic sales planning and pipeline management experience.
Consistently exceeds revenue goals.
Builds relationships with senior clients and decision makers.
Influences strategic alliances and drives business solutions.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Valid driver's license required.
