You will lead the team, coach performance, and engage in market analysis and customer communications to support winning bids and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field and five years of business development experience.
• Knowledge of marketing strategies and market trends.

Responsibilities

• Manage positioning activities for the business development team, including strategic planning and creating communications.
• Coordinate prequalification efforts and solicit customer feedback.
• Develop and maintain strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities.
• Convert prospects to contacts and support discussions with project estimates.
• Lead and coach team members, and manage performance.
