Mortenson is seeking a Business Development Manager I to partner with market leaders, shaping positioning strategies and pursuing project opportunities. You will team with business units to win work and coordinate with marketing, pre-construction, and BD teams.

The role emphasizes relationship building, proposal development, and market analysis, with a focus on delivering accurate RFP responses and contributing to growth across multiple regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum five years of industry-related business development experience.
• Proven customer relationship building skills.
• Ability to interpret and communicate company policies.
• Detail-oriented with data entry, reporting, and market analysis.
• Proficient with CRM, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
