Job summary

Jerry.ai is seeking a Director of Strategic Partnerships, New Business to accelerate the company’s partner ecosystem from the US. You will manage current partnerships and identify new collaborations, proposing tools and product solutions to unlock scalable opportunities.

Collaborating with product, operations, data, and sales, you’ll craft partnership strategies, set quarterly OKRs, and drive growth toward a multi‑billion dollar vision.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Experience managing complex projects from start to finish.
• Data-driven decision making with an analytical mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: be the go-to person for building and nurturing deep partner relationships.
• Drive Strategic Growth: own structured business plans or quarterly OKRs with partner goals.
• Optimize Performance: analyze data, identify trends, and improve KPIs for both sides.
• Generate New Opportunities: lead negotiations and create mutually beneficial deals.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: provide updates to partners and internal teams.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: triage issues across partners and teams.
