Job summary

Jerry.ai seeks a Director of Strategic Partnerships, New Business to drive growth through strategic collaborations and a scalable partner ecosystem. You will manage and expand partnerships, propose innovative tools, and collaborate with product, operations, data, and sales to deliver outcomes.

You will report to the VP of Partnerships and help shape the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio while accelerating company growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion with attention to detail.
• Data-driven decision making with ability to analyze complex situations and take action.

Responsibilities

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: build and nurture deep, trusted relationships with existing partners as primary point of contact.
• Drive Strategic Growth: develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner's goals.
• Optimize Performance: analyze data to uncover trends and identify opportunities to improve business KPIs.
• Generate New Opportunities: lead creation of growth opportunities with existing and potential partners; negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: provide updates to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: triage operational and executional issues across partners and internal teams.
