Jerry.ai is seeking a Director of Business Operations (Business Development) to drive growth through strategic partnerships. You will shape the partner ecosystem, lead cross-functional collaboration, and identify high-value collaborations aligning with the company’s long-term vision.

You’ll report to the VP of Partnerships and influence the strategic direction of the portfolio. The role emphasizes growth, operational excellence, and negotiation skills within a fast-scaling, remote-first startup

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion with attention to detail.
• Go-getter with strong work ethic, quick learner, and growth mindset.
• Data-driven decision-making with ability to analyze situations and act.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster Strong Partner Relationships: build and nurture deep, trusted partner relationships as the primary contact.
• Drive Strategic Growth: develop and execute structured business plans or quarterly OKRs for each partner.
• Optimize Performance: analyze data to uncover trends and improve KPIs for smarter decisions.
• Generate New Opportunities: lead creation of growth opportunities with existing and new partners; negotiate mutually beneficial deals.
• Deliver Actionable Insights: regularly provide updates to partners and internal teams to keep everyone aligned.
• Resolve Challenges Quickly: triage operational issues across partners and internal teams.
