Job summary

Agoda, NYC-based, is seeking a Strategic Account Manager, Marketing Programs, to drive growth and performance across the North American hotel partner network for Agoda and Priceline. This highly cross-functional role combines commercial account management, regional operations, analytics, and strategic project execution.

You’ll work with Market Managers, Regional Directors, and commercial leadership to identify growth opportunities, optimize program adoption, and deliver data-driven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 3-5+ years in account management, operations, strategy, analytics, consulting, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Experience with SQL and BI/data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Superset, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools and learning new tech.
• Excellent English communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities, improve partner performance, and support regional initiatives.
• Shape supply strategies, optimize marketing program adoption, and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Market Managers, Regional Directors, and leadership.
