Agoda is seeking a strategic and data-driven Senior Manager to lead the marketing function for one of our most strategic partnerships, owning the P&L, leading a small team, and driving partnership strategy.

This role sits at the intersection of strategic thinking and operational excellence, requiring strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into measurable business impact across cross-functional channels.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Experience with performance marketing and ROI optimization.
• Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools such as dashboards.
• Bonus: experimentation design and statistical analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of 2-3 marketing specialists.
• Set OKRs aligned to partnership goals and conduct performance reviews.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Design experimentation roadmap and analytics strategy.
• Collaborate with partner marketing leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Provide executive-ready recommendations with quantified impact.
