Job summary

Agoda is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategic Marketing to own the partnership P&L, lead a small team of 2-3 specialists, and shape marketing strategy across channels including metasearch, paid search, and app marketing.

You will partner with regional teams and Agoda's commercial/product groups to optimize investments, run experiments, build dashboards, and drive measurable revenue growth through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• SQL proficiency with daily usage for analysis and complex joins.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and dashboards.
• Bonus: Experimentation design and statistical analysis knowledge.
• 7–10+ years in marketing, growth, or analytics roles.
• Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (PPC, metasearch, app marketing, or SEO).
• Experience optimizing marketing campaigns toward ROI/profitability targets.
• Familiarity with attribution models and incrementality measurement.
• Background in digital marketing, growth marketing, or marketing analytics.

Responsibilities

• Set overall marketing strategy and influence ROI targets; optimize investments.
• Guide channel strategies and ensure execution excellence.
• Own the full marketing P&L for the partnership.
• Design experimentation roadmap to validate strategic hypotheses.
• Monitor channel health and drill into anomalies or opportunities.
• Oversee dashboards/reporting development and team analytics capability.
