Safeguard Global is seeking a Client Growth Manager to drive growth across our existing client portfolio. You will act as a trusted advisor, identify expansion opportunities, and help organisations shape their global workforce strategies with our market-leading solutions.

Your impact will be measured by your ability to convert relationships into sustained, scalable revenue, maintain accurate forecasts, and lead executive reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven track record expanding existing client relationships into revenue growth.
• Ability to identify whitespace and unlock expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Become a trusted growth advisor and expand existing client relationships.
• Own the full expansion sales cycle from discovery to close.
• Hunt within existing accounts to uncover whitespace and drive revenue.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders (C-Level, HR, People Leaders).
• Maintain accurate forecasts and lead quarterly business reviews.
• Lead growth reviews and set ambitious, future-focused goals.
• Run high-impact meetings to align KPIs and sales plans.
• Streamline execution with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth.
• Resolve challenges quickly to sustain momentum and exceed expectations.
• Deliver best-in-class service and position Safeguard Global as a long-term partner.
