Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Manager for Starlink Growth in North America. You will own the operational backbone of BD initiatives, drive deal tracking, and coordinate with product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure fast, scalable execution from opportunity through launch.

The ideal candidate has strong program management and business operations background with a focus on strategic rigor and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong financial analysis and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization of business development initiatives with rapid execution.
• Build and maintain deal tracking systems and metrics for leadership visibility.
• Collaborate with BD, product, marketing, finance, and legal to ensure smooth handoffs from opportunity to launch.
