SpaceX is seeking a Business Operations Manager (Starlink Growth) in Redmond, WA to own the operational backbone of North American BD initiatives and drive scalable processes across teams. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex cross‑functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience driving execution of revenue or growth‑oriented programs, including tracking, reporting, and operationalizing commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization of existing and upcoming business development initiatives, driving program management and execution discipline.
• Build and maintain deal tracking systems, reporting cadences, and KPI dashboards for leadership.
• Partner with BD leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure clear ownership and clean handoffs from opportunity to launch.
• Collect and surface customer and channel feedback to improve operational excellence and deal tracking.
• Conduct research on new verticals and opportunities to inform prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report progress to Starlink leadership, sharing insights, risks, and recommendations.
