Job summary

SpaceX's Starlink Growth team is hiring a Business Operations Manager to operationalize BD initiatives and drive strategy across North America. You will own deal pipelines, cross-functional workstreams, and the execution discipline that moves opportunities from concept through launch.

The ideal candidate has strong program management, business operations, and financial analysis skills, with experience in fast-growing tech environments. Willingness to travel and extended hours are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years delivering revenue- or growth-oriented programs with tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own operationalization of existing and upcoming BD initiatives, driving program management and deal pipeline tracking.
• Build and maintain deal constructs, tracking systems, metrics, and leadership reporting.
• Collaborate with BD vertical leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure clear ownership and timely execution.
• Synthesize customer, channel, and internal feedback to improve operations and deal tracking.
• Conduct market research and structured assessments to inform prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report progress and present insights, risks, and recommendations to Starlink leadership.
• Support outreach and qualification of strategic opportunities; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and rhythms to increase throughput and accountability.
• Conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis for consumer trends and channel opportunities.
