Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex cross-functional initiatives.
• 3+ years of experience driving execution of revenue or growth-oriented programs, including tracking, reporting, and operationalizing commercial initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the operationalization of existing and upcoming business development initiatives, driving program management, deal pipeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline.
• Build and maintain deal constructs and third-party integrations: tracking systems, reporting cadences, metrics, accountability frameworks, and leadership visibility.
• Partner with business development leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure clear ownership and clean handoffs from opportunity through launch.
• Collect and surface customer, channel, and internal feedback to improve operational excellence and deal tracking.
• Conduct market research and assessments to inform prioritization and resource allocation.
• Report progress of strategy initiatives, presenting insights, risks, and recommendations to Starlink leadership.
• Support outreach and qualification of strategic opportunities; synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
