Job summary

United Water Restoration Group is seeking a proactive professional to work directly with the Head of Business Development across growth, operations, and strategy initiatives in South Florida. You will identify opportunities, build client networks, and coordinate cross-functional activities to accelerate the company’s expansion.

You will engage with executives, clients, and partners, travel regionally, and help with outreach, onboarding, and project coordination.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Construction or Mitigation experience is not required.
• Exceptional work ethic with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building instincts with the judgment to represent the company professionally in new environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with executives, customers, subcontractors, referral partners, trade partners, and field personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using CRM and internal systems to document interactions, track commitments, and maintain clear visibility into follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across priority markets and customer segments.
• Build thoughtful target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, healthcare systems, schools, hospitality groups, referral partners, trade partners, and commercial clients.
• Support high-touch outreach and follow-up with prospective clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
• Register United Water Restoration Group with large corporations, government agencies, and institutional clients while maintaining organized records.
• Evaluate incoming bid, partnership, and market opportunities and determine which are worth pursuing.
• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, industry events, and selected networking opportunities as a representative.
